Conversational AI startup NLX has today announced the appointment of Dr. Joan Palmiter Bajorek as Head of User Research.
Dr. Joan Palmiter Bajorek holds over seven years of experience in strategy and execution for conversational AI products across healthcare, telecom, utilities, transportation, government, and customer service verticals. Will be leading NLX’s User Research team to help take the Voice Compass product to the next level through data-driven and user-centered approaches.
