Q4 FY23 Results: Tree House Education & Accessories Becomes Debt-Free; Revenue stood at Rs 521 Lakhs

The Tree House Education & Accessories Limited (Tree House), an educational services provider, announced today that it has become 100% debt-free according to its recently audited financials for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023. During the fiscal year, Tree House reported robust financial highlights, demonstrating its commitment to excellence.

The company witnessed significant growth in its revenue from operations for Q4 FY23 showing a notable increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year.

The revenue from operations for Q4 FY23 stood at 521 lakhs, a substantial rise from 155 lakhs in Q4 FY22. While it has recorded a positive EBDITA of 216 for Q4 FY23, in stark contrast to the negative figure of -361 in Q4 FY22.

“This achievement reflects the company’s improved operational efficiency and profitability. This is a result of measures implemented to streamline operations, optimize costs, and enhance the overall performance of its educational services,” the company said.

Speaking about the financial results, Rajesh Bhatia, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Tree House, said, “We are now on the path to completing our entire restructuring. The company has achieved its debt-free goal. We believe that the company has a strong brand recall, an updated curriculum, and an edge in the K12 vertical. The company is EBDITA positive and achieved an operational turnaround in Q4 of FY 2022-23. We are looking to diversify our services offered to schools by venturing into Skill Development Programmes.”

By continually enhancing its educational offerings, Tree House strives to contribute meaningfully to the education landscape and bring about positive change in the lives of its students,” the company said in its statement.

Moreover, Tree House has also announced the launch of new business verticals in Skill Development Services. Recognizing the growing demand for vocational skills and professional training, the company sees a significant opportunity to expand its offerings.

“This will enable it to cater to students’ and professionals’ evolving needs. Leveraging its educational expertise, Tree House aims to provide high-quality skill development programs that empower individuals to excel in their chosen fields,” it said.
