Jet Airways, an Indian airline company which has grounded for more than a month has announced that “One of its non-executive and non-independent director Nasim Zaidi has resigned from the board.”
In a filing at the exchange on Monday, Jet Airways said that “Nasim Zaidi has submitted his resignation from the post of non-executive and non-independent directors of the company with effect from April 21 due to personal reasons and constraints of the time.”
Zaidi, the former Chief Election Commissioner, and ex-civil aviation secretary joined the Jet Airways board in August last year.
