One of India’s biggest FMCG company ITC has filed a case against Hotel Leelaventure at National Company Law Tribunal.
In a regulatory filing at the exchange, Hotel Leela venture said that “ITC’s has filed a plea against the company over “Oppression and mismanagement,” which is expected to be heard on 24th April by Mumbai Bench of the NCLT.”

“ITC, along with the petition has also filed two application seeking a waiver of the requirement of a minimum threshold of 10 percent shareholding,” the filing added.
