Mumbai based pharma company, Glenmark Pharma has announced that, “The board has decided to sell its Gynaecology business in India and Nepal for Rs 115 crore.”

In a filing at NSE, the company said that “In company’s board has given the nod for selling its business to Integrace Pvt Ltd., and the transaction is expected to be completed by 31st March 2020.”

The filing further added, “The transaction of the deal will be in cash, and there will be no changes in the shareholding pattern of the company.”
