Aviom India Housing Finance has raised Rs 10 crore in debt round funding from BlackSoil India Credit Fund.
“The company plans to distribute Rs 250 crore in this financial year,” the statement said.
Speaking on the fundraise, Aviom founder, Kajaal Ilmi, said, “We are delighted to partner with BlackSoil and looking forward to strengthening the relationship further.”
Commenting on the investment, Ankur Bansal, Co-founder of BlcakSoil Capital, said, “The sound underwriting and collection processes at Aviom have ensured the continuing resilience of its portfolio even in the current environment. We are impressed with their business model and look forward to supporting them in growing their portfolio and expanding their presence in new geographies.”
Aviom India Housing Finance has previously raised Rs 60 crores in equity from marquee investors like Gojo from Japan, and C4D to date and over Rs 350 crore in debt from 37 lenders.
