NLX AI on Monday announced its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Conversational Artificial Intelligence partners solutions initiative.
As a part of the partnership, NLX will allow organizations to deploy high-quality conversational AI experiences through their Conversations by NLX and Voice Compass multimodal solution.
“NLX technology is already enabling its AWS conversational AI Partner status will help extend the reach of the business even further,” the statement said.
NLX on its platform allows users to build, manage, and analyze their automated conversations in one place, and Voice Compass, a multimodal conversational application that combines Voice with Digital assets to deliver self-paced, voice-guided journeys that automate support tasks that would normally require live agent handling.
The NLX’s conversational AI products leverage more than 50 AWS services with specific integrations such as Amazon Lex as an underlying NLP engine to support conversational AI applications across all channels, whether chat, voice, or multimodal; Amazon Polly on all its voice-powered conversational AI applications (whether Smart IVR or Voice Compass), and Amazon Kendra, which is used for customers who are looking to drive a state-of-the-art, AI-driven, knowledge-based searches for their organizations.
Speaking on the announcement, Andrei Papancea, Co-Founder & CEO at NLX said, “We are proud to be part of the AWS conversational AI-first partner group.”
“We are seeing every day the transformational effect our products are having in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of our clients’ customer service operations, and being part of the AWS sector will enable us to extend the reach of that technology both by sector and geographically. It’s very exciting,” Andrei further added.
