How is ValueScale utilizing its sectoral expertise and technology to provide software development solutions and consultancy services for its clients?

Ankit Khurana: ValueScale Technologies is transforming businesses digitally by giving Custom Technology solutions to the businesses’ varied genres and across different sectors.

The start-up integrates new-age innovations like Blockchain, IoT, and AI, with market-proven solutions which help the brands by creating a difference in their products and services, further increasing their productivity and improved operations.

How is ValueScale leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience?

Ankit Khurana: Today, technology has its presence in every operation across the sector. ValueScale is offering a zero human intervention ticketing platform for its logistics sector consumers to ensure 100% customer redressal. What are the new trends in the Logistics and E-commerce industry?

Ankit Khurana: Today, the Logistics industry is majorly dependent on technology, as it has brought about significant changes.

• There has been a considerable shift in logistics management solutions that are moving towards making the global supply chains sustainable and consumer-centric.

• The sector has witnessed an increase in workflow and productivity post Warehouse Automation in the logistics industry.

Machine Learning has helped in maintaining a strong relationship between various stakeholders as there has been an improvement in transparency and traceability of the supply chain. ML is used to determine the most optimized routes for faster and more efficient delivery.

• Analytics & Big Data has helped in improving warehouse productivity & performance Management as it has enabled smooth and hassle-free management of thousands of parcel delivery with greater accuracy and minimal pilferage across the nation.

E-commerce Industry: Technology is the king right now as it is ruling the world. With time all the sectors have adopted technology, so now various trade sectors have enabled their presence through various e-commerce platforms.

Major technology trends which can be witnessed currently and are set to rule the future include:

• Mobiles and wallets, dominate the sales and online presence

• Customized e-commerce services and platforms will definitely gain momentum in the near future.

• Augmented and Virtual Reality making online e-commerce attractive and interactive.

• Chatbots as they are personalizing the e-commerce experience.

• Voice search is the most popular feature among the consumers

How is technology transforming cloud space? Do you think the trend had taken hold even before the IoT-induced disruptions?

Ankit Khurana: Technology has largely revolutionized the cloud space as it has led to an increase in cost savings and made the data stored on the space more accessible. Cloud Technology has brought in better features for the end-users with its additional security layers. Yes, as per my belief both are complementary to each other, however before IoT disruptions cloud space was limited to infrastructure projects, while now the cloud usage has grown 100x scale, making its place in all segments and sectors.

With the Metaverse & Web, 3.0 adoption across webspace is speeding up. How ValueScale is going to capitalize on the same?

Ankit Khurana: We have already deputed our technological resources one segment is dedicated completely to the research and development of functional prototypes, while another segment of our team is focussing on learning the commercial aspect of the same. In the near future, we are going to develop our products in the 3.0 wave and capitalize on the same.

How is the response so far for your Enterprises Cloud Infrastructure and IT Management Services?

Ankit Khurana: We have received a tremendous response on this front, with putting some extra effort into client education. We have a win-win situation for the enterprise and self as well, all because are being backed by a highly experienced technical team, which is our USP as well. In today’s scenario, IT service management is a fully scaled-up job that requires digital skills, which are not limited to minimal tasks. We have a full-grown digital team handy for our customers.

How do you see technologies namely Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Machine Learning, with regards to their relevance across web development and tech consultations? What does the future look like?

Ankit Khurana: AI, Blockchain, and Machine Learning have gained considerable momentum in the world. With ML giving predictive and descriptive algorithms, there are huge waves in harnessing existing data to identify patterns and gain insights. Blockchain, a disruptive technology, made its big splash with cryptocurrencies invention and trading.

The role of AI in web development cannot go unnoticed. Today, web app development has grown to an extent that it has given birth to whole new industries related to the field. Website developers compete in offering customers highly personalized and enhanced experiences which are achieved by using AI in web development.
