Sinot Yacht denies the sale of $655 million hydrogen-powered superyacht ‘Aqua’ to Bill Gates

The Netherlands settled – Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design has dismissed the media reports that stated, “The company has sold its hydrogen-powered superyacht ‘Aqua’ to Microsoft founder Bill Gates for $655 million.”

In a statement released on Monday, Sinot said, that “The international media reports about the sale of ‘Aqua’ to Mr. Bill Gates is factually incorrect.”

“The hydrogen-concept ‘Aqua’ has no link with Mr. Gates or with his representatives in any form or matter, and has no business with Mr. Bill Gates,” the statement reads

“Aqua is a concept under development and has not been sold to Mr. Gates. Unfortunately, all information in these recent articles is incorrect,” the statement added.

“Aqua is a concept showed in Monaco that was meant to build a better future and inspire clients and industry. We invite any visionary client to show their interest,” it added.
