NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) on Tuesday said, Ellen Ochoa has resigned from its board of directors effective July 31.
According to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Ochoa also stepped down as a member of the board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The company said her resignation was due to personal reasons and was not the result of any disagreement over NVIDIA’s operations, policies, or practices.

The filing was signed by Rebecca Peters, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of NVIDIA, on August 5.
