According to a Form 4 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Meta shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $773.67 to $779.44, with weighted average prices between $774.17 and $779.29. The sales were made under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on May 5, 2025.
The shares are held indirectly through the Christopher K. Cox Revocable Trust, of which Cox is trustee. Following the transactions, the trust holds 237,205 shares. Cox also reported indirect ownership of 55,046 shares through the Cox-Vadakan Irrevocable Remainder Trust.
No derivative securities were involved in the reported transactions. The filing was signed by an attorney-in-fact on Cox’s behalf on August 7.
