Following the sale, Olivan directly holds 6,819 Class A shares. The transaction was carried out under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on August 17, 2024.
In addition to his direct holdings, the filing discloses indirect ownership of shares through several entities. Olivan is the manager of Olivan D LLC, which holds 8,622 shares. He and his spouse manage Olivan Reinhold D LLC, which also holds 2,999 shares.
Additional shares are held by Reinhold D LLC and by the Olivan Reinhold Family Revocable Trust dated October 16, 2012, where Olivan and his spouse serve as co-trustees. These entities together hold more than 110,000 additional Class A shares.
