Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ:META) CEO & Chairman Mark Zuckerberg has sold 15,847 shares of the company’s Class A common stock.
According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the sale was executed on August 7, 2025, through CZI Holdings LLC under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on February 1, 2025. The transactions were carried out in multiple tranches at prices ranging from $760.03 to $774.44 per share, with weighted average prices disclosed for each tranche.
Following the sale, CZI Holdings no longer holds any Meta Class A shares. Zuckerberg continues to indirectly own Meta stock through various entities, including Chan Zuckerberg Holdings, CZI Holdings I, and other affiliated LLCs, as well as the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative Foundation.
The filing was signed by Erin Guldiken as attorney-in-fact for Zuckerberg on August 11, 2025.
