Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited, a prominent construction company operating across multiple regions in India, has announced its intention to raise ₹96.30 crores in equity.
The funds will be utilized to support the company’s long-term working capital requirements, reinforcing its position as a leading player in the construction industry.
Param Value Investments leads the pack with a commitment of ₹50.15 crore, followed by Vikas Khemani contributing ₹24.99 crore, Capri Global Holding Private Limited investing ₹5.1 crore, and additional investors contributing ₹16.06 crore.
