Speaking on the COVID-19 update, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday said, “The Maharashtra government is planning to provide COVID-19 vaccines like Remdesivir and Favipiravir for free of cost to the people.”
“From, May we have been following up on the availability of remdesivir and favipiravir. We got the permission last week and will get the adequate supplies soon,” Thackeray said.
Adding the statement, Thackeray said, “We are planning to make it free of cost.”
