RupeeRedee, a digital lending platform, has announced the appointment of Sunny Mittal as the Head of Legal and Compliance, effective 10th May 2022.
In his new role, Sunny will work closely with the leadership team at RupeeRedee to augment and reinforce the company’s legal and compliance capabilities in a dynamic regulatory environment.
With more than a decade of experience, Sunny is recognized as an accomplished Company Secretary and skilled LLB professional. His strategic leadership has enabled him to succeed in the areas of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Relations. His proficiency and expertise in the legal and financial domain have been instrumental in protecting organizations from legal flaws and developing legal processes to elevate business efficiency.

In his professional journey, Sunny has worked with StashFin, iSon Technologies, and SLCM, where he has managed the compliance and legal affairs across India, Africa, and the Middle East. In addition, he also provided tactical leadership as Company Secretary and coordinated with government bodies such as SEBI, RBI, ROC, MCA, and NSDL, among others.
