A day after the Prime Minister urged the nation to contribute to PM Relief Fund for the novel Coronavirus pandemic, Chinese smartphone maker Oppo on Sunday announced to contribute Rs 1 crore to PM Relief Fund and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s Distress Fund.

Oppo in its statement said, “It is a small step towards ensuring the well-being of those fighting at the frontline and showing our gratitude for the services they are providing to the citizens.”
“The company has also initiated an Online Repair service to provide basic troubleshooting and software related issues,” the statement added.
