A.M. Jain College, a leading institution in Chennai dedicated to academic excellence, proudly organized today’s International Yoga Day celebration. The event held in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS) and National Cadet Corps (NCC), featured a special session on Demonstrative Yoga Practice led by Jaidev Balaajee, a renowned Yoga therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor from the Indian School of Yoga, Chennai.
The event, held at the New Cricket Ground of the college, witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 700 students. The aim was to underscore the significance of yoga for healthy living and to inspire students to incorporate yoga into their daily routines for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
