The parent company of Dailyhunt and short video app Josh, VerSe Innovation has raised $100 million in its fresh round funding.

Led by Qatar Investment Authority, The Sovereign fund of Qatar, and Glade Brook Capital Partners, the round also saw participation from Canaan Valley Capital and Sofina Group.
The company plans to use the fresh funds for the augmentation of local language content offering, development of content creator ecosystem, innovation in AI and ML, and for creation of opportunities for a vast talent pool in India.
