Shriram Finance Ltd. (BSE: 511218, NSE: SHRIRAMFIN) said its ESOP allotment committee has approved the allotment of 1,53,502 equity shares to 157 employees who exercised fresh stock options under the Shriram Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023 (No.1). The approval was given at a meeting held on August 11, 2025, the company said in a filing with the stock exchanges.
The shares have a face value of ₹2 each and were issued at an exercise price of ₹38.71, including a premium of ₹36.71 per share. Following the allotment, the company’s paid-up share capital has increased from ₹376,15,26,022 to ₹376,18,33,026.
The shares, carrying ISIN INE721A01047, are fully paid-up and rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company. They have been issued in dematerialised form with distinctive numbers from 1880763012 to 1880916513.
Shriram Finance said the allotment is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity Regulations, 2021.
