Ayu Health Hospitals, a growing network of 40 hospitals across India has announced its maiden entry into Jaipur, through acquisition. The company has acquired Jaipur-based SwasthyaSewak, to bring multidisciplinary healthcare services to citizens with its unique and trust-building feature of pricing transparency.
Ayu Health currently manages over2500 beds across 50 hospitals in Bengaluru and Chandigarh.
“Through this acquisition, Ayu Health will add 1000 beds to provide localized primary and tertiary medical care for citizens of Jaipur. This apart, the Founder of SwasthyaSewak, Yashu Kapoor has joined Ayu Health in the capacity of Head of Growth and will be based out of Delhi NCR,” the statement said.
Speaking on the acquisition, Karan Gupta, Co-Founder & COO at Ayu Health said, “We are excited to extend our footprint and accelerate our growth journey in the city of Jaipur. Ayu Health aims to expand its presence in over 10 regions of the country by the end of the year 2023, which will make it the largest hospital network in the country.”

Ayu Health has recently raised its Series-A funding of $6.3 million from Vertex Ventures and Stellaris Venture Partners in September 2021.
