Ascensive Educare Limited has become the 14th company to get listed on the BSE Startup Platform on January 12, 2022. 

Ascensive Educare Limited came out with an initial public offering of 8,68,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For a Cash Price Of Rs. 26/- Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs.2.26 Cr. The company completed its public issue on January 4, 2022.

Ascensive Educare Limited is a West Bengal-based company whose registered office is in Kolkata. The company is engaged in the business of training and skill development offering vocational training, and educational consulting in collaboration with the Central Government, State Governments, and various Industries and Industry Associations.  

The company has been core to delivering high-quality training interventions that range from conducting training workshops to placement. The course curriculum is NSFQ compliant and experienced trainers, including the ones certified by the Sector Skills Council, take care of all the training programs. The company is an accredited NSDC training partner provider and offers nationally recognized qualifications and skill sets that comply with industry standards.

Ahmedabad-based GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited was the lead manager for Ascensive Educare Limited.

So, far the 13 companies listed on the BSE Startups Platform have raised Rs. 58.64 crores from the market and the total market capitalization of these companies as of January 11, 2022, is Ra 332.39 Crore.
