Bengaluru based AI-native customer platform Zigment has signed a deal with GrupoUMA, one of the largest automotive distributors across Latin America and Europe, and entered a strategic partnership with Bajaj Europe to expand its global operations.
The agreement with GrupoUMA, one of the leading automotive distributors across both regions, gives Zigment access to multiple markets and demonstrates the scalability of its agentic AI platform in large, multi-country enterprises. Meanwhile, the partnership with Bajaj Europe opens another front in Zigment’s global expansion, strengthening its presence in the automotive sector and deepening its ties with established industry players.
As part of its global expansion, the company plans to open an office in Dubai to deepen its presence in the Middle East and support enterprise clients in the region.
“Our partnerships with GrupoUMA and Bajaj Europe mark a pivotal moment in Zigment’s growth journey,” said Dikshant Dave, Founder and CEO of Zigment. “Automotive is a sector undergoing rapid digital transformation, and our platform is enabling distributors and manufacturers to deliver richer, more seamless customer experiences at scale. Establishing a base in Dubai is another important step as we strengthen our presence in global growth markets.”
The company has also secured partnership status with Give.org, which the company said reflects its commitment to responsible and transparent AI development. Its agentic AI platform is now being used across industries including automotive, real estate, banking, and healthcare to automate workflows and improve customer engagement.
The company has recently signed multiple enterprise contracts in the United States, expanding its reach in one of the world’s most competitive technology markets. Zigment’s innovation hub in Bangalore continues to anchor its product development and global delivery operations as the company scales internationally.
