Data access and reuse

Public prices, charts and research are delivered to your browser so you can view them. Public display does not grant access to our provider accounts or an unrestricted data feed. Reuse and redistribution are subject to applicable permissions and data rights. Contact TechGraph before bulk extraction or commercial redistribution.

API credentials and diagnostics

Provider credentials are used on the server and are excluded from public market responses. Saved credentials are not printed back into the administration form. Configuration and diagnostics require WordPress administrator access. Browser-visible requests contain the data needed to display this site; they do not provide access to the provider account.

Caching and retention

Prices and charts use shared caches. Financial statements normally refresh after 20 days and management information after 30 days. Other datasets have their own refresh intervals. A previous valid observation may be retained during an outage and should be read with its timestamp.

Access protection

Market endpoints apply input limits, request throttling and provider spending caps. Short-lived rate counters use a salted hash of the client network address and expire after two minutes. Hosting, firewall and WordPress logs have separate retention policies. Abusive traffic may receive HTTP 403 or 429 responses.
