ICICI Bank on Tuesday said, “It has acquired 9.6 percent stake in Thillais Analytical Solutions Pvt Ltd.”

In a filing with the exchange, ICICI Bank said, “It has agreed to acquire 9.65 percent stake in Thillais Analytical for a cash consideration of Rs 1.1 crore.”
“ICICI Bank will hold 9.65 percent shareholding on a fully diluted basis through an acquisition of 10 equity shares and 100 CCPS (Compulsory Convertible Preference Share),” the filing added.

The deal is expected to close by the end of March 2021.
