Anil Arya, who previously cofounded AllOut, a mosquito repellent company is reportedly planning to acquire a Gurgaon based dairy startup MilkMan for an undisclosed amount.
A person familiar with this deal had told ET that “Anil Arya and few other investors are setting up a company in Singapore.” While Arya in its email to ET said that “They investing from his family office in Singapore.”

Founded in 2015, Mr. Milkman offers an end-to-end solution to dairies for managing their customer subscriptions and deliveries including analytics, distribution, subscriptions, route management payments and delivery.
