On Monday, Korean messaging giant, Kakao has announced that it is planing to introduce a blockchain technology in it’s business unit.
In a report published in “The Bell” a local news site has reported that, “The plan for the unit, is set to be established by the end of this month and it’s service will include a platform to allow the companies to raise funds through ICO.

Last month, Kakao hired Han Jaesun, Co-founder and CTO of gaming startup FuturePlay Inc.
Kakao has declined to comment on this report, but according to the new reports Han will be heading the blockchain business unit.
