Hero MotorCorp on Friday said that “The outbreak of novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) in China has affected the supply of some components that could hit the production by around 10 percent in February 2020.”

The company, in its issued statement, said, “The ongoing issue of Coronavirus (Covid-19) in China has affected the supply of some components to our manufacturing facilities in India. That is likely to impact our planned production by around 10% for February.”

“The dispatch of vehicles to its dealers during the month will remain unaffected, still the further impact of its product will depend on the developing situation in China,” the statement added.

“We are closely tracking the developments and will keep evaluating our options,” the statement said.
